Access to Public Information

   National Aviation University provides public information according to the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information", Decrees of the President of Ukraine "The issue of executive agencies access to public information".

   Providing public information NAU performs in response to an information request.

   According to the law, Public information is information that is displayed and documented by any means and in any media information that was obtained or created in the course of public authorities of their obligations under the law, or which is owned by the subjects of power.

   A request from the person to receive information is to be supplied in any form. It is necessary to specify:

• Name of the requestor, mailing address or email address, and telephone number;
• A description of the information which requestor would like to get (type, name, details or content of the document for which a request);
• Sign and date.

   In order to simplify procedures for issuing written requests for information one can fill out the appropriate forms of information requests:

From individual (sample);                             

From a legal entity (pattern);

From associations (sample);
