After that by statistic line for several tens of flights by revealed deflections from technical conditions of controlled parameters one estimates presence of trend (non-accidental deflection). Furthermore, electrode-punch is subject to vibratory-rotational motion with a frequency of 1.5-5.0 rad/s and amplitude of 1.5-3.5 rad, and the pulse electric current is passed at the moment of changing the direction of rotation to the opposite one, in this case the value of normal pressure on the electrode-punch is set within the limits of 10-40 MPa.
