Effective scientific cooperation of the Law Faculty with the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine

On April 22, 2024, acting dean of the Law Faculty Iryna Sopilko, head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Olena Makeieva and postgraduate student Oleg Boyko took part in the XV Annual international scientific and practical conference of the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine "Legal Principles of Rulemaking: National and Foreign Experience", dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

Opening the event, director of the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Oleksandr Skrypniuk addressed the representatives of the scientific and educational community and wished them effective scientific results.

During the plenary session, Natalia Onishchenko, deputy director for research at the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Oleksandr Bakumov, member of parliament of Ukraine, and legal scholars made substantive presentations: Stanislav Gusarev, Semen Stetsenko, Natalia Parkhomenko, Svitlana Bobrovnik, Oleksandr Batanov and many others.

Acting dean of the Law Faculty Iryna Sopilko presented a report on "Rulemaking in the field of information legal relations", and head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Olena Makeieva proposed the topic "The Principle of the rule of law in the rulemaking activities of public authorities".  Oleg Boyko, a 2nd year postgraduate student, spoke on "Legal regulation and organization of the notary's activity in Ukraine", thus testing the topic of his thesis research.

Such events contribute to the development of legal science, strengthening of scientific cooperation between leading research institutions and higher education institutions, and implementation of research results in legal practice.
