Meeting with Maria Myronchuk - HR Business Partner of SkyUp & Join UP!, organizational development consultant

On March 20, 2024, the Department of Air Transport Economics hosted an open meeting with Maria Myronchuk, HR Business Partner of SkyUp and Join UP! and a well-known organizational development consultant. The event was held with the participation of higher education students of the Department of Economic Cybernetics of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute".

During the meeting, the students had a unique opportunity to communicate with an experienced HR specialist and learn about the peculiarities of corporate culture formation at the leading Ukrainian airline SkyUp and the international travel operator Join UP! Maria Myronchuk spoke about current trends and innovative approaches in HR, and shared practical aspects of implementing the latest technologies in human resource management.

The open atmosphere of the meeting facilitated a lively dialogue and exchange of views between the speaker and the audience. Students were able to ask questions and get professional answers from an experienced expert.
