The purpose of the event was to discuss the training of NAU specialists in the face of modern challenges. In particular, they discussed improving the curriculum, adapting educational programs to the needs of the labor market, and developing cooperation between business and education. "The task of the reorganization is to improve the quality of education and train new qualified personnel for the aviation industry, high-tech enterprises, business and science. Today, my colleague, the acting dean of the Law Faculty, Iryna Sopilko, is presenting the first initiatives. The focus is on turning the KAI into a leading center for the development of Ukraine's aviation defense capability and the development of innovations in the defense sector. Create conditions for the introduction of more effective management systems for higher education institutions throughout the country. NAU is confidently moving towards improving the quality of education and the level of management, as well as adapting its educational programs to the best European standards," said acting rector of NAU Volodymyr Shulga.

"The goal of the reorganization is to improve the quality of education and train new qualified personnel," said Iryna Sopilko, acting dean of the Law Faculty, answering the moderator's question "Is there a demand for lawyers in an aviation university?  "Our faculty is moving to a new level - cooperation between business and education, and I believe this collaboration will yield good results. We have developed a strategic plan for the development of the faculty, which already outlines the first steps to improve the curriculum, educational and professional programs together with our stakeholders, with whom we work and for whom we train our students - future qualified employees. Starting from September 2024, we are launching a new training program "IT Law", as the IT sector needs new personnel who will be able to resist the enemy in the legal sphere more than ever."

Petro Kulpa, Viktor Leshchynskyi, Oleksandra Paramonova, and Galyna Yerko gave comprehensive answers to the moderator's questions, in particular:"Why is the level of organization of the people a key factor for their well-being?", "What kind of personnel does business need today for the development of Ukraine?", "When it comes to the Code of Professional Ethics, what should be kept in mind first and foremost, both for the employee and the employer?", "How successful has decentralization been in Ukraine and how does the education and science sector feel in this process?".

The participants plan to continue to hold similar meetings to discuss topical issues in the education sector during wartime and the post-war period.
