The results of the XVII Interuniversity Olympiad-Contest in Geometric Modelling and Computer Graphics have been published

Recently, the XVII Interuniversity Olympiad-Contest in Geometric Modelling and Computer Graphics, organised by the Department of Computer Technologies of Design and Graphics of NAU, headed by associate professor Yurii Holkovskyi, was held at the Faculty of Ground Facilities and Airfields.

The opening of the Olympiad was attended by more than 30 participants. Dean of FGFA Viktor Karpov, head of the Department of Computer Technologies of Design and Graphics Viktoriia Vasylenko and deputy dean of FGFA for Student Affairs Valentyna Grabovchak made introductory remarks and greetings.

The following nominations were proposed:

1. 3D modelling of objects (in AutoCAD, Compass-3D, 3D-Studio, Blender, SolidWorks, Inventor)

2. Creation of an architectural and construction project (in the ArchiCAD system)

3. Computer animation (according to the plot in any graphics formats)

4. Interior design (3D-Studio Max, ArchiCAD)

The Olympiad-contest was attended by 1-4 year students of the leading

 universities of Kyiv and Ukraine: NAU, NTUU "KPI", KNUBA, NUBiP, KhNADU, NTU "KhPI".
