The traditional XIV International Conference "Modern Approaches to the Creative Management of Economic Processes" at the FEBA NAU

On 13-14 April 2023, the Department of Air Transport Economics of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA) hosted the XIV International Scientific and Practical Conference "Modern Approaches to Creative Management of Economic Processes".

The following speakers addressed the scientists and young scientists with welcoming remarks:

Serhii Smerichevskyi, doctor of economics, professor, dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the NAU;

Olena Arefieva - doctor of economics, professor, head of the Department of Air Transport Economics, FEBA NAU;

Orest Koleschuk, doctor of economics, associate professor, head of the Department of Business Economics and Investment, Lviv Polytechnic National University; Volodymyr Shchelkunov, doctor of economics, professor, President of the Ukrainian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce; Tetiana Lepeyko, doctor of economics, professor, head of the Department of Management and Business, Semen Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics; Yuriy Drachuk, doctor of economics, professor, Institute of Industrial Economics, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine;

The event was also joined by the head of Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies at the National Aviation University, professor Anzhela Lelechenko, head of the Department of Economics and Management at the Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy, Professor Viktoriia Prokhorova, head of the Department of Economics at the Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University, doctor of economics, professor Olha Maslak, professor of the Department of Financial Management, Accounting Analytics and Business Monitoring at the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology, doctor of economics, associate professor Svitlana Mushnikova.

Olena Arefieva, doctor of economics, professor, head of the Department of Air Transport Economics, presented "Modern economic models of success in the creative economy" (NAU);

Anastasiia Simakhova, doctor of economics, associate professor, professor of the Department of Business Analytics and Digital Economy, with a presentation on "Modern Trends in Global Socialisation" (NAU);

Iryna Heets, PhD in economics, associate professor, with a presentation on "Strategic directions of development of the world air transport" (Royal Melbourne University of Technology, Australia);

Samira Piletska - doctor of economics, associate professor, professor of the Department of Air Transport Economics with a presentation "Ensuring Economic Growth in Times of War" (NAU);

Viktoriia Chobitok - doctor of economics, professor, with a presentation on "Conceptual aspects of effective marketing management of the competitiveness of economic systems" (Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy, Kharkiv). Olesia Suntsova - doctor of economics, professor, with a presentation on "Econometric Forecasting of Academic Management in the Face of Uncertainty of Hostilities" (State Tax University, Irpin);

Vladyslav Khrapach, student with the report "Artificial Intelligence in the aspect of problems of use in strategic planning" (NAU);

Volodymyr Reznik, student with a report on "Factors influencing the efficiency of multimodal transport organization under martial law" (NAU);

This year's conference traditionally brought together more than 150 representatives of the scientific community from different parts of Ukraine and the world (Poland, India, Great Britain, Australia, Canada).

Not only well-known scientists, but also pioneers and young scientists in the field of science shared their views on the stated topic of the conference. Despite the fact that the plenary session of the conference was held online, this did not prevent the scientific community from sharing their scientific practice and fruitful discussion during the event.
