A tripartite meeting was held at NAU to discuss the improvement of training programmes in the speciality "Economics" with the participation of FEBA stakeholders

On 17 March 2023, the Department of Air Transport Economics of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA) hosted a tripartite meeting of stakeholders and partners, guarantors and members of project groups of the training programme "Business Economics" of the second (master's) level of higher education and the training programme "Economics" of the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education for PhDs and higher education applicants.

The event was moderated by the head of the Department, doctor of economics, professor Olena Arefieva.

The invited stakeholders and partners included:

- Oleksii Mykhalchenko, first vice-rector of the National Aviation University;

- Serhii Smerichevskyi, dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the National Aviation University, doctor of economics, professor;

- Kyrylo Astakhov, advisor to the director general on Strategic Development of Boryspil International Airport State Enterprise;

- Volodymyr Dykan, head of the Department of Economics and Management of Production and Commercial Business of the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport, doctor of economics, professor;

- Viktoriia Prokhorova, head of the Department of Economics and Management, Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy, doctor of economics, professor;

- Liliana Goral, professor of the Department of Finance, Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, doctor of economics;

- Oleksandr Kucherenko, director of the Slobozhansk Building Materials Plant, PhD in economics, associate professor;

- Orest Koleschuk, head of the Department of Business Economics and Investments at Lviv Polytechnic National University, Doctor of Economics, associate professor;

- Dmytro Zyz, PhD student of speciality 051 "Economics";

- Vladyslav Khrapach, PhD student of speciality 051 "Economics";

- Anna Dudik, a second (master's) level student of the training programme "Business Economics";

- Vira Tkachenko, a second (master's) level student of the training programme "Business Economics".

As a result of this multidimensional cooperation, a critical analysis of the existing training programmes was carried out and stakeholder suggestions were taken into account when making changes to them.

Cooperation with partners and stakeholders contributes to improving the quality of training of higher education students of all levels and the acquisition of the necessary competencies.
