We invite the NAU community to a lecture-discussion by Oksana Zabolotna, head of National Analytics at the Center for Joint Action

The Faculty of International Relations invites everyone to a lecture-discussion by Oksana Zabolotna, head of National Analytics at the Center for Joint Action, which will be held on December 7, 2023 at 13:00 in room 7.303.

During the lecture "Strong but not all-powerful president: how the system of checks and balances works in the United States", the speaker will talk about the institution of the president in the United States, the American system of balance of power, why other presidential republics in the world tend to authoritarianism and whether the American system can work in Ukraine.
