You will learn about what founders should do. How to build a strong team. What difficult decisions may need to be made. These and other questions will be addressed by the speaker during the lecture.

Felix Litvinsky is the Managing Director of Blackstone LaunchPad at Cornell University. The Blackstone LaunchPad is an experimental university entrepreneurship program that offers coaching, idea development, and venture capital support to students, alumni, staff, and faculty. He is the founder and CEO of Abakama, a company specializing in entrepreneurship, due diligence, innovation, and strategy. He is a mentor at Techstars and a mentor and advisor at the Keller Center at Princeton University. He is the founder of The IoT Partners, an IoT ecosystem development initiative that focuses on enabling IoT across all verticals. The lecturer is an experienced international technology entrepreneur and an active member of various investor groups, has held executive and management positions in business development, technology and strategy in international companies, participated in the launch of technology startups and the development of new markets, spoken at various international and local industry events, and is an advisor/mentor to startup companies around the world.
