Representatives of FEBA NAU took part in the YEP Startup Campus 2023

Teachers of the Department of Economics and Business Technologies of FEBA NAU joined the Startup Campus 2023 from YEP!

YEP! Startup Campus 2023 is the most important event of the year for young entrepreneurs, dreamers and those who are ready to change the world! Two days and two locations bring together ambitious student startups and top representatives of the global startup community to discuss university entrepreneurship.

On September 27, 2023, the conceptual issues on this topic were raised at the 4th Startup Campus conference by YEP by the First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Yevhen Kudriavtsev. Professor Berry Cates of Stanford University shared his experience in capitalizing on education and business cooperation. Olena Donets, co-founder and CEO of Spyre Group, spoke about the role of universities in the national innovation ecosystem.

Other speakers at the event included:

Mykhailo Fedorov, Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine; Valeria Ionan, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine for European Integration; Lewis Sheets, Director of the Chaifetz Center for Entrepreneurship at Saint Louis University.

The panel discussions focused on the development of entrepreneurial education in Ukraine in various aspects. Head of the Department Oksana Chumak and associate professor Veronika Komandrovska took part in the event in an offline format. The online broadcast was joined by the academic staff of the Department of Economics and Business Technologies, as well as students majoring in 076 "Entrepreneurship and Trade".
