NAU students and professors visited Saarland University under the program ERASMUS+ Staff Mobility for Training

On June 20-26, according to the Interinstitutional Agreement for 2020-2023 between National Aviation University and Saarland University (Federal Republic of Germany) within the framework of Erasmus+Staff Mobility for Training, Kateryna vodolasova and Oksana Meronets, professors of the Faculty of Law visited European Institute of Saarland University.

One of the priorities of this visit was the participation in the educational process for the students Dariia Shykeriava, Yulia Ryabokon, Olena Kovryhina, Yulia Shiyan and Viktoriia Sokolvak, who came to the European Institute.

At the invitation of the Head of International Cooperation and Projects Department of the European Institute of the University of Saarland Marake Freulich, lecturers of the SC NAU took part in a colloquium on "Joining or leaving the European Union", where they presented the historical background of the pro-European direction of Ukraine, the development of relations between Ukraine, as well as possible prospects for Ukraine in the European space.

In the framework of the exchange of experiences in teaching international public law and information law Oksana Myronets and Kateryna Vodolaskova:

- took part in seminars on the Jean Monnet program, which were organized by the Faculty of Law of the University of Saarland for school graduates;

- got acquainted with the international cooperation projects, operating at the European University.

With the President of the European Institute, prof. Dr. Thomas Gigerich, NAU professors discussed the activities of ERASMUS +, which will open new opportunities for students and lecturers of the faculty.

NAU Faculty of Law management expresses gratitude to the European Institute for the support of close ties and continued cooperation, which is especially valuable at a difficult time for Ukraine.
