NAU professor participates in the International Conference "Transformation and Transposition of Onomastic Categories in Slavic Languages”
On May 25 Iryna Struk, associate professor of the Department of English Philology and Translation of the Faculty of Linguistics and Social Communication of the National Aviation University took part in the International Scientific Conference "Transformation and Transposition of Onomastic Categories in the Slavic Languages" (Transformácia a transpozice onomastických).
The event was held at the Pryashev University (Pryashev, Slovakia).
Iryna Struk participated in an important intercultural dialogue with the world scientific community, and also learned a lot of useful onomastics.
In addition, at the conference the lecturer presented a report on "Specificity of the Transfer of Proper Names: Legislative Aspect" (Specifiká p renosu vlastních mien: legislativní aspekt).
