Phillip Kingston Delivered a lecture on AI case usage in international business for students and lecturers of the National Aviation University
Phillip Kingston, chief operating officer of Applied AI, stakeholder, guest lecturer at the FIR, gave an open lecture "AI Case Usage in International Business" for students and lecturers of the National Aviation University.
Phillip Kingston spoke about the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and its impact on international trade and relations. The lecturer presented examples of delivery systems and the use of artificial intelligence that identifies and systematizes key information to help make decisions. He discussed in detail the advantages and disadvantages of using chat-GPT, aspects of its work that should be taken into account when using it.
The speaker elaborated on the pros and cons of artificial intelligence. In particular, he emphasized that one of the disadvantages is AI algorithms that can create incorrect or outdated statements. In addition, the model can generate plausible but completely fabricated information due to its predictive nature, often referred to as "hallucinations".
Phillip Kingston dispelled many myths about artificial intelligence spread in the media. He emphasized that AI cannot completely replace humans, as the AAICO interface allows for quick adaptation of artificial intelligence in regulated environments, as additional tasks are fully controlled by experienced workers. However, those with AI skills will be valued in the labor market much more than those who do not want to adapt to it.
Phillip Kingston, chief operating officer of Applied AI, invited lecturer at FIR, answered numerous questions from teachers and students regarding the development of AI skills, text checking for the use of chat-GPT, etc.
The video of the lecture is available here.
