NAU specialists took part in the scientific conference of the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine

On 23 May 2023, the dean of the Law Faculty Volodymyr Nikitin and the head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Olena Makeieva took part in the XIV Annual International Scientific and Practical Conference of the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine "Transformation of Ukrainian Legislation in Modern Conditions".

The event was opened and welcomed by Oleksandr Skrypniuk, director of the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, who addressed the representatives of the scientific and educational community with wishes of peace, victory and scientific results. During the plenary session, Nataliia Onishchenko, deputy director for research of the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, as well as legal scholars Anatolii Selivanov, Nataliia Parkhomenko, Svitlana Bobrovnyk, Liudmyla Luts, Oleksandr Batanov and many others made in-depth presentations.

Volodymyr Nikitin, dean of the Law Faculty, presented a report on "Improving Ukrainian legislation to avoid and eliminate double taxation", and Olena Makeieva, head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, proposed to discuss the topic "Legal communication in the context of legislative transformation".

Such events contribute to strengthening scientific cooperation between leading research institutions and educational institutions to improve and develop national science.
