The Supervisory Board of the NAU

On January 26, 2018, the Supervisory Board of the NAU meeting took place.

According to the report of the NAU activities in 2017 and the perspectives for the University was given a speech by the acting rector Volodymyr Isaienko. He noted that in 2017 the Concept of Innovation Development of the University was adopted. As stating by the results of the introductory campaign this year, NAU ranked sixth place among the most popular universities in Ukraine. The University has the number of factors that will promote the popularity of the institution in the future. This factors are: English-language projects, flying training, opening of the international programs of double diplomas in all areas of education, introduction and implementation of international accreditation of new educational programs in foreign languages.

Among the main tasks, Volodymyr Isaienko singled out the quality improvement of educational services, ensuring competitiveness, innovative development and integration into the world of scientific and educational space. A large set of the strategic directions of science development at NAU were distinguished: aviation-space technologies, information technologies, cyber security and artificial intelligence, eco-biotechnologies, energy-saving technologies and materials science.

The Head of the Supervisory Board Oleg Gladkovsky proposed to approve the report of the acting rector Volodymyr Isaienko. The proposal was unanimously supported.
