International Conference "The Latest Achievements of Biotechnology" in NAU
On September 23-24th at the Department of Biotechnology of the Faculty of Environmental Security, Engineering and Technology the VI International scientific-practical conference "The newest achievements in biotechnology" took place.
During the conference there was a round table "Bioenergy Development in the EU and Ukraine", organized in the framework of the EU Erasmus+ project, directly Jean Monnet "Clean Energy Technologies and Energy Efficiency: EU Experience", which received a scientific team of the Department of Biotechnology FEBIT NAU, led by associate professor Kuznetsova O.O.
The conference was attended by more than 100 scientists from Ukraine, Poland, Slovakia, Peru and other countries.
Participants of the event addressed issues of pharmaceutical, environmental and molecular biotechnology, biomonitoring, bioenergetics, development and use of drugs in extreme environments, in particular in space, biosafety and biosecurity in aviation, and others.
Scientists were discussing and communicating a lot. It is pleasant to note the high activity of young scientists, including graduates and students.
