Representatives of the NAU Faculty of Law joined a lecture by Judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Halyna Yurovska

On the Day of Ukrainian Statehood, July 28, the lecture by the judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Halyna Yurovska on "The constitutional tradition of the Ukrainian statehood" was held.

The event was attended by the scientific community and students of the Faculty of Law of the National Aviation University.

During the lecture the judge revealed the notion of statehood and its content, made an excursion to the stages of formation of Ukrainian statehood and state symbols of Ukraine, analyzed the concept of "attributes of the state".

"The state is the arrangement of the whole material and spiritual existence of the whole people, and the content of this concept is much wider in comparison with the concept of "state". Statehood is a kind of foundation, the roots of the state, and the latter in turn is one of the components - a kind of a crown of statehood" - noted the speaker.

During the event, students had the opportunity to take a legal-historical test "Heirs of Volodymyr Trident".

Also, the head of the library of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Lilia Voloshyna presented a book exhibition for the Day of Ukrainian Statehood.
