The National Aviation University held the democratic elections of the Rector

According to the announced results of voting at the elections of the Rector of the National Aviation University 51,3% of voters gave their votes for Volodymyr Isaienko, and 27.9% for Nikolay Kulik.

The Chairman of the election commission ArturGudmanyan informed about the following:

According to the Article 42 of the Ukrainian Law of Higher Education, after counting of the votes, the election commission has established: the number of voters - 3088, the number of ballots produced for voting - 3088; the number of voters who received ballots for voting - 2764; the number of unused ballots for voting - 414; the number of ballots found in ballot boxes - 2764; the number of ballots for voting is invalid - 25. For Isaienko Volodymyr were given 1585 votes, which is 51,3%. ForKulik Nikolay were given 861 votes, which is 27, 9%. 203 people did not support any of the candidates, which makes up 6.6%.

At the present time, the results of the election were sent for approval to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
