NAU HAS IMPROVED THE RESULTS OF THE ADMISSIONS CAMPAIGN-2016

Compared with 2015, Admissions Campaign-2016 has shown better results. In 2016 the Admissions Committee has taken more than 43,500 applications, whereas in 2015 there were registered 33,721 ones.
Thus, 2,230 freshers have been enrolled to the educational degree "Bachelor" - 2,139 freshers in 2015.

This year the number of students entering the 2nd and 3rd courses to the educational degree "Bachelor" on the basis of educational qualification level "Junior specialist" has also increased: statistics refers to the number of 1,568 applications submitted in 2016 while 1,426 applications in 2015.

It should be emphasized that next year EQL "Specialist" would amount to educational level "Master", so, the number of enrolled students to the level "Specialist" in 2016 has decreased quite naturally: 784 applicants were enrolled in 2015, while in 2016 the number of enrolled students was 659. It was also caused by a significant increase of state order of the educational qualification level "Master". This year, the university was given 1031 budget places and in 2015 the number of budget places was 644, being 2 times less than in the current year.

It should also be noted that the Admissions Campaign for foreign students and correspondence learning still continues.
